We ship to all 27 countries in the European Union via Bulgarian Post. We are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the BP, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. Usually, the delivery to any of the EU countries will be made in less than 10 business days. Shipping costs will be included in the total cost during the purchase process and are subject to changes.

CANCELLATION, RETURN POLICY

We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from eonsport.net as we aim to offer you excellent quality, value and service at all times. If there is a problem with your order, please let us know immediately by email: eonsport@abv.bg. In the unlikely event goods have been supplied incorrectly, we will offer an exchange or full refund within 7 days of receiving your complaint. Goods may be exchanged if returned unworn within 7 days, all postage is paid by the purchaser. You have a right to cancel your order within seven working days following the day after the date of delivery for any unused item purchased through the website under the distance selling regulations for refund. To cancel any item, you can e-mail us. You must take reasonable care of the items, and must not use them. Goods must be returned to us within seven days of your notice to cancel. All goods are returned at your own expense unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect, where we will refund the cost on receipt of the goods. Providing the goods are received back in an unused condition, and with all accessories, you will receive a refund within thirty days of your notice to cancel.
